Reviews and Ratings
It's not like everyday you get the chance to book a hotel in advance and end up with a room three levels up with a view of noisy neighbors and a back alley. The small space made it a bit cramped to move around, even though I made the reservation six months prior. On the bright side, the service was accommodating and friendly.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service and location were excellent for exploring the city, the room I initially got was quite disappointing. The dining options were minimal, but the convenient location made up for it.
My room was on the first floor so it wasn't too bad despite being tiny and overlooking noisy neighbors and a back alley. The staff were amazing, friendly, and super helpful, especially considering my mother's surgery at the General Hospital. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to museums, shopping, and restaurants. The dining experience was rather cheap and dull for the price, with limited and poor-quality food options. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
My stay at this hotel was delightful. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and immaculately clean, giving me a true taste of France. Although the rooms could get warm, it's a minor issue, and overall I felt like I was in a cozy French retreat. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was convenient, nestled in the Western Part of Montreal close to Crescent Street, giving me easy access to the vibrant downtown scene. The dining experience was exquisite, making me feel like I was indulging in a true gastronomic treat.
The hotel had comfortable and quiet rooms with minor maintenance issues but was well-appointed with a simple and attractive decor. The service was mostly friendly but slightly inflexible at times. The location was great for walking around and accessing public transportation, though it may not be accessible for individuals with mobility issues. The dining experience was decent but not exceptional. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel’s rooms were smaller and darker than expected, but it got quite crowded and had a moldy smell. The service was extremely helpful with staff carrying suitcases and being nice. The location was excellent near Rue Sherbrooke for convenient access to museums, shopping, and restaurants. The dining experience was pleasant with a good variety available.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but our first room felt like a dungeon in the basement and was quite stuffy even with the window open. The service, especially with our luggage, was very helpful, though the dining options were limited. The location was convenient, close to a metro station, but the staff seemed somewhat dissatisfied. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had larger bathrooms and an amazing view of the street, but I found leftover pizza in the fridge, the lampshades were broken, and the window opener was also broken. On the bright side, booking was handled for me, which was convenient.
The hotel has huge closets which take up most of the extra space in the room. The opened screenless window helped with ventilation. Overall had a mixed experience with some positives and negatives during my weekend stay.
